Volleyball is a sport built on explosive movements; jumping, landing, cutting, and quick changes in direction. Without the right strength and stability, those movements can lead to overuse injuries.

During this PT session, we focused on building functional strength that translates to the court and also incorporated plyometrics.

We are also working with Weronika to focus on developing lower body and core strength. Goal is to improve power and overall resilience on the court. Stronger muscles mean better performance, safer landing and a body that can handle the demands of a long volleyball season.

Training the right way off the court makes all the difference so you can be available for your team all the time 💪

JOB DESCRIPTION: Pure Physio is a PT-owned outpatient orthopedic and sports rehab clinic located in Hazlet, NJ. We provide one-on-one treatment, focus on quality care for the best possible outcomes, and create a fun yet healing environment for our clients. We’re seeking a motivated PT who fits our active culture and wants to grow with us.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed PT in NJ. CPR and first aide certified. Excellent interpersonal, diagnostic, and manual therapy skills. Dry Needling certification not required but willingness to learn preferred.
