💙 One of our own, going the extra mile, literally.

When a patient mistakenly arrived at LVH–Carbon for a scheduled throat surgery, his daughter was overwhelmed, unsure how to proceed. That’s when Christine Ulshafer stepped in, quickly coordinating with both LVH–Carbon and LVH–Hazleton OR teams to make sure the procedure could still happen that same day.

And in true Hazleton spirit, Dr. Tom Po***ck personally drove between campuses to ensure the patient received timely care without delay.

This is what it means to lead with empathy, think outside the box and always put patients first.
