✨✨ Meet Our Team ✨✨

Jason is our Director of Rehab. He has worked at the Pavilion for 19 years! He was inspired to work in long term care by his mom, who worked in a Skilled Nursing Facility and they would spend a lot of time there. Jason says he gravitated toward therapy and decided that this was his career path when he was only in the 7th grade. Some of Jason's proudest moments are the many successful rehab cases over the years.
When asked what one thing he wishes people knew about his role, he says that "We aren't just doing this for the money. We know you may not always feel well, but getting up and moving around can prevent bigger issues and help you to feel better."
Jason loves hearing all of the stories the residents have about their lives the most. When he has a particularly tough day, he enjoys spending time with his family. Thank you for all you do, Jason!

✨✨Meet Our Team✨✨

Natalie is our LPN Assessment Coordinator at the Pavilion. She was inspired to work in Long Term Care because she has always enjoyed working with the elderly, and caring for her residents daily. Her proudest moment at the Pavilion is when she helps with parties and special activities. Once a family gave her a thank you card for helping to answer insurance questions. She finds meaning in chatting with a resident who is a nurse and a former co-worker.
Natalie shared that what she loves most about working at the Pavilion is the supportive leadership, the co-workers that are like her family, and how all departments chip in to help each other.
She also finds joy in her co-worker who thanks everyone "for being here today" always makes her smile when she has a tough day. Thank you for everything you do, Natalie!

The Pavilion and Manor closed National Skilled Nursing Week with a campus carnival! Residents, staff and families came together for an unforgettable celebration of music, food, basket raffles and fun, transforming a rainy day into a brighter one. Despite the weather, when the sun broke through, we still had a blast! A heartfelt thank you to Weis Market for their generous cake donation, all of our vendors who participated, and to our dedicated staff in every department for coming together from both centers to make an amazing experience for all! Thank you, Manor, and Pavilion for your tireless efforts and dedication to our residents and each other!

✨✨Meet Our Team✨✨

Glendaly is one of our awesome CNAs here at the Pavilion. She was inspired to work in long term care because she loves the elderly. Her proudest moment working here was when she graduated from the St. Luke Village Campus Nurse Aide Program!
She shares that every moment she has with her residents means so much to her. She wishes that people knew how tough working in long term care can be sometimes because you become close to your residents, like they are your family, and it is very difficult to experience loss.
She loves everything about working at The Pavilion- especially her team! A song she enjoys to listen to when she needs a lift to her mood is “Last Dance - Diana Summer.”

Ms. Joan is a resident at The Pavilion at St. Luke Village and was a nurse for over 40 years. She spent a majority of her career in the hospital working on the med-surg units. She says she was destined to be a nurse since she was "no more then knee high to a grasshopper." She enjoyed her time spent with her patients and has many stories to share!

✨✨Meet Our Team✨✨

Lindsay is a CNA here at the Pavilion. She was inspired to work in long term care while she was caring for her grandmother for two and a half years. After watching her mom and aunt as nurses, she knew helping people was the right direction for her.
Some of her proudest moments working here are the every day connections made with her residents and their families. She loves every resident she cares for and has created many wonderful memories, strong bonds and more with them.
Lindsay shares that nursing is rewarding and you make great memories, however it may not be the right career for everyone as it’s hard to lose a resident because you love them like family.
For Lindsay, the bonds she makes is what she loves most about her job. When Lindsay has a tough day, she listens to her favorite songs- “Shut up and Dance - Walk the Moon,” to brighten her day.

Maria is a full time LPN at the Pavilion at St. Luke Village. Inspired by a previous leader, she decided to work in long-term care 35 years ago. Some of Maria’s proudest moments are making the residents happy. Some of her most meaningful and favorite interactions with residents are taking them outside on a nice day for a stroll.
She wishes that more people knew how much the residents depend on the staff for their daily needs. She loves that we are pet friendly at the Pavilion and gets in her daily dose of pet therapy!

✨✨Meet Our Team✨♥️

Theresa has been an employee of St. Luke for 27 years! She began her career as a Certified Nurses Assistant in 1998 while her mother also worked with us at that time. Theresa worked as a CNA from 1998 to 2021, when she then became Assistant Business Office Manager and later moved to her current role in Medical Records.
Theresa maintains her CNA certification and still lends a helping hand at times with resident care. She shares that making a resident feel at ease with humor and encouragement goes a long way. She feels that although she is in Medical Records now, she has been working on campus so long she is a helping hand to all, and we definitely agree! She loves that residents and their families, as well as her team members, make work feel like home.
Theresa listens to Elton John’s “I’m Still Standing” to put her in an instant good mood on a tough day and loves when people pop into her office for a visit and to grab some candy.
Thank you for all your hard work and dedication Theresa!

With 46 years of nursing experience, Ms. Mary Lou dedicated her time as a nurse at both the Manor and Pavilion for many years. Her drive to become a nurse was to help people. She believed that you should "treat everyone like your nana." She shares many stories about her years of experience, and states "nurses are an essential part of healthcare because we are often the last ones to hold a patient's hand" in their final moments.
Thank you for your dedication to the nursing profession, and your time as a nurse at the Manor and Pavilion!
