Trauma compromises our feeling of safety. God's presence is the most secure haven in the entire universe. Seek Him for protection and restoration as you recover from pain.

This education has strengthened my understanding of how trauma impacts the heart, mind, and body—while continuing to anchor my approach in the truth that God heals, restores, and redeems.
