Alliance Medical Center

Alliance Medical Center Community Health Center serving Northern Sonoma County As the years have gone by, Alliance has grown and prospered as we continue to serve the community.

Alliance Medical Center was founded in 1971 by a group of dedicated volunteers, community members who answered a need for a clinic that would serve farmworkers and their families. We are no longer just a “farmworker clinic.” We now serve everyone from newborns to elders, offering medical and dental care and a wide range of specialty services. Our staff of experts guides our patients through the insurance process, and assists with applications for state and federal programs such as Medi-Cal and CPSP. Our staff and providers are friendly, caring and bilingual.

Every CHC board is made up of at least 51% patients, meaning major decisions about services, priorities, and programs are made by the people who rely on them most. This unique model keeps health centers grounded in the real needs of their communities — and it works.
