Whatβs your βtypeβwhen it comes to dealing with stress?
For the fun of it, but really thoughβ¦π₯΄
ππΌ dramatic. anyone within ear shot, around the neighborhood and on social media know you stressed and why
ππΎ SBD. silent but deadly. cool calm exterior stuffing it down so no one can see the frazzled messy bits while it oozes out of you in sideways comments, angry or emotional outbursts or over reactions
ππ»slow train wreck.
Iβm fine. No really just fine. Really. *twitch *twitch I can handle it, itβs fine.
(no one. I mean, no one is ever convinced accept you, and really you arenβt either.)
ππΏDoc.
always sick and run down, low energy and will only take time out for self-care and rest if sick or injured. may develop strange unexplained body pains and illnesses and/or have recurring odd accidents.
There are so many ways we attempt to cope with stress and they arenβt usually ways that work to process through it and come out the other side stronger, healthier and with greater awareness.
