Join me on September 14th at Hope Valley for my next retreat: A Deeper Dive into Energetic Transformation. Little did I know when I developed the topic for this session back in April, that I would personally experience it myself leading up to this date. Life has a funny way of bringing trial by fire. In less than 30 days, I journeyed through moving my office, graduating 2 children, then moving them to college and moving my residence!

We will discuss how major life changes, caregiving, trauma, and health crisis impact your energy along with ways to navigate them.
