Dr. Rich Ruff | NP Hannah Pellett | RN Jason Klein

Each of these powerhouse providers brings years of skill, artistry, and passion to Skin Retouch MediSpa.

Before founding Skin Retouch in 2017, Dr. Rich earned his doctorate from The Ohio State University and started a dental practice about 30 years ago. As aesthetics started peeking his interest he went on to complete multiple levels of aesthetic training through the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics (AAFE). He’s known for his transformative cheek fillers and love of Sculptra—subtle enhancements that create dramatic confidence.

Jason Klein, RN, trained through AAFE as well and advanced his expertise with certifications in thread lifting—helping patients achieve that lifted, refreshed look with precision and care.

Hannah Pellett, NP, also an AAFE graduate, took her knowledge even further with comprehensive training in hormone health through A4M. She’s passionate about the puzzle of balancing both health and beauty from the inside out.

Jason truly does it all! As one of the owners of Skin Retouch MediSpa, he wears many hats — from injecting to engineering. Not only is Jason a talented RN, he’s also a master welder (yes, really!) and an all-around problem solver.

Jason is known for his artistry with tox, fillers, and biostimulators, and has even trained nurses, surgeons, and doctors on the art of Jeuveau injections. His passion for enhancing natural beauty and his calm, confident technique make him a favorite among patients and peers alike.

When he’s not sculpting faces, you might find him watering the plants, fixing plumbing, troubleshooting computers, or installing 220 — because Jason can literally do it all.

We are beyond lucky to call him a partner and a friend. To say we’re blessed to have him would be an understatement — Skin Retouch simply wouldn’t be the same without him!
