Men’s Mental Health Matters
An anonymous client shared this after starting therapy. We are posting it because many men need to hear this.
“For a long time, I kept everything inside.
The anxiety. The insecurity. The body dysmorphia.
The constant stress. The catastrophizing.
The workaholic pace I told myself was just normal.
Like a lot of men, I didn’t talk about it. I just pushed through and kept going.
