Hello everyone and Happy New Year!🎉. 2025. Wow! That seems so “ in the future .”
Every year January 2 is a time of re-focus for me. Holidays are over, and the things that increase candida ( living and flying at altitude and eating sugar for me; consuming alcohol , birth control pills, oral antibiotics and systemic steroids also being on that list ) are over ( at least until the next time I fly and eat sugar 😂). Now what to do?
The average weight gain in our country between Thanksgiving day and New Year’s Day is 7 lbs. The US adds 100,000 new type 2 diabetics every Jan 2.
Do New Year’s resolutions about diet and exercise help? Possibly. Can expensive GLP 1 drugs help the obese? Possibly; with possible side effects as well.
In my opinion, the biggest issue that is being missed in the 74% of overweight Americans , and 42% of obese Americans is the issue of overly acid pH. The more acidic we are ( from sugar, alcohol , and the remainder of the above list) , the more our bodies want to hold and defend both peripheral fat and visceral fat to keep the acid pH away from the brain, which runs the show.
Therefore, the fat loss miracle, occurs via two mechanisms: detoxification of acid, and addition of substances that are alkaline forming.
What I am recommending for you is what I do myself : scheduling live blood analysis microscopy in our office. This will give me ample information to coach you up on detoxification and healing.
In addition to healing the physical body, the longer I do what I do, the more I realize the importance of becoming more spiritual and realizing what all of us intrinsically know: 1). Prayer works. 2). It’s all about love and forgiveness , nothing else really matters.
I end with a quote from Jesus, taken from a book called “ My Life After Dying” by George Ritchie …..” You are right, for if I, Love, be lifted up, I shall draw all men unto Me. If you come to know the Father, you will come to know Me. If you come to know Me you will come to know that Love includes all beings, regardless of their race, creed, or color.”
I look forward with you to an amazing 2025.
Love always, ❤️
