🍎💪 Most people think they’re “eating healthy,” but small hidden mistakes can sabotage your results. Here are 4 common traps we see every day:

1️⃣ “Healthy” drinks loaded with sugar – smoothies, flavored waters, and sports drinks often have more sugar than soda.
2️⃣ Not enough protein – protein is the key to staying full, preserving lean muscle, and boosting metabolism.
3️⃣ Portion sizes out of control – even “good” foods like nuts, oils, or granola can pack in way more calories than you realize.
