Juli Pelloni is a Health and Wellness Specialist with over two decades of experience in fitness, nutrition, and athletic coaching. A former USA national triathlon team member and Ironman finisher, she holds multiple certifications including ACE Personal Trainer and USA Weightlifting Performance Coach. Juli combines her athletic achievements with a passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping individuals reach their full physical and mental potential.

Meet Brandon — one of the newest additions to our coaching team 💪
Brandon Alvarez is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with a Master’s in Kinesiology – Clinical Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences. With a background in clinical rehabilitation, biomechanics, and exercise physiology, he helps clients build strength, improve movement, and overcome physical limitations. His training approach blends functional movement and progressive strength work with a strong focus on technique, mobility, and long-term health. Brandon creates personalized, science-based programs tailored to each client’s goals, lifestyle, and physical history. He specializes in strength training, corrective exercise, mobility work, and habit coaching to help clients feel confident and capable in and out of the gym.
