We are so excited to introduce Nicholle Ryan & Liz Griffin, two highly skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists who have joined our team!
Nicholle Ryan, M.S., CCC-SLP
*Tele-Speech Language Pathologist*
Nicholle earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Utah in 2014 and has served children ages 3–21 in both school and private practice settings.
Nicholle’s areas of expertise include:
• Articulation & phonology
• Receptive and expressive language delays/disorders
• Social communication
• Stuttering
• Literacy development & intervention
She has completed a two-year LETRS (Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling) training program, further strengthening her literacy and reading intervention knowledge — a beautiful complement to our reading-focused mission at Pathways.
Liz Griffin, M.S., CCC-SLP
*In-Person & Tele-Speech Pathologist*
Liz earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from East Carolina University in 2014. She brings diverse clinical experience, having worked with infants, children, and adults in schools, private practice, and outpatient rehabilitation settings.
Liz’s areas of expertise include:
• Articulation
• Language delays/disorders
• Social communication
• Voice
• Adult swallowing
Her broad clinical background allows her to support clients across the lifespan with confidence and care.
