November Events, Specials and Reminder to Set your Clocks Back.

Happy Halloween! Well fall was here and winter came quick. Brrr.

It was a hard summer and fall. Thank you for being patient with me. I am excited to have some events on the Calendar.

Moon Circle are back, First one is tomorrow and we have a few spots left. Sound Baths are back and introducing Sound and Energy Healing. And of course private Light Therapy, Sound Healing, Reiki sessions are available.

TURN YOUR CLOCKS BACK - A little reminder to turn your clocks back this weekend for Day Light Savings.

SPECIALS
In November and December, you can receive a private Sound Bath for only $20, that's right. If you can't make it to an event and are wanting sound, you can book your very own private sound bath.

Light Therapy - Tis the season for SAD! We live where it is cold and dark, anyone can benefit from Light Therapy. This is a modality I enjoy doing daily.
In November enjoy 20 minutes for $20.

REIKI - Enjoy an Intuitive Reiki session. Relax and let the Reiki energy flow where it needs to go in your body to clear and balance. November Special Reiki 30 min Only $50 or and hour for $90.

Self care is important, I have a story if you are ever interested. I continue to do self care and it is hard to stay on track, but it the most important thing I do. You are important, remember that and to love yourself.
