Beloved patients! It’s been brought to my attention this past week by multiple people, that they were told that we have no massage openings, that we no longer have a cancellation list, and even that we are no longer accepting new patients. None of these are true, and we apologize for any confusion! We currently have same-day appointments, for both chiropractic and massage therapy. We have a some wonderful new staff, both at the front desk and doing massage, along with most of our same amazing therapists! We all love serving this community and hope to hear from anyone who needs us soon!❤️

Wasatch Chiropractic is seeking 2 part time, friendly, organized, and proactive individuals with excellent communication skills to run our front office in a dynamic, social and fast paced environment. Excellent work ethic is a must, but coffee or bakery runs may or may not be involved, as we try to keep it fun while caring for our patients and local community in a modern office setting.

Duties include:

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding company services and policies as well as accessing and relaying insurance availability.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for both doctor and massage therapists
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Experience:

- High integrity, strong character and proactive personality
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information

Starting pay:$18.00-23.00/hr DOE

This Monday, January 25th, we will be doing a meet & greet open house from 11 AM to 5 PM for the community to meet our new part-time massage therapists. They’ll be offering free chair massages (availability will be first come, first serve) and 30 minute private-room massages for just $30 (reservation preferred)! Call our office at 435-654-3032 if you would like to reserve a time for the $30 minute massages or if you have any questions.

We are so excited to officially welcome Wendy to our office as our new massage therapist and cupping specialist. Many of you have already met Wendy and experienced her magical hands as we've gotten rave reviews! Wendy began her career as a massage therapist by attending the Desert Institute of the Healing Arts in Tucson, AZ. Over the past 18 years, she has continued to grow her passion and knowledge for massage therapy, and as Dr. Frogley says, “has refined her craft to another level like no one he’s met,” while working as a traveling massage therapist for high-end clients all over the US. In recent years, she has primarily divided her time between Nantucket Island, MA and Park City, UT. Although she loved all the traveling, she is ready to settle down with her family in Heber. While recovering from her years of nonstop work and traveling, she met Dr. Frogley and became more interested in the medical side of massage. She liked the atmosphere Dr. Frogley had created in his office and thought it would be a perfect fit for her to continue working and doing what she loves while also settling into her new home and life in Heber. She’s excited to meet all the patients Dr. Frogley has helped over the years and be a part of continuing that care. She specializes in deep tissue, hot stones,Swedish, and sports massage, and has recently become a certified massage cupping practitioner. Wendy can create a customized treatment plan tailored to individual clients needs and will be offering 50 and 80 minute treatments. Her experience and skill comes with a slight price increase from our previous massage prices at $80 and $115(or $135 to include cupping), but we promise, she is worth it! Come on in or call our office to schedule with her!

***Starting October 1st, 2019, we will be enforcing a 12 hour cancellation policy for massages. If you are unable to make it to your appointment and do not cancel within 12 hours of the scheduled massage, you will be charged the full amount of the massage.***

Dec. 24th (Christmas Eve) : 8am - 12pm
Dec. 25th (Christmas 🌲) : Closed
Dec. 26th : 8am - 5:30pm (normal hrs)
Dec. 27th : 8am - 12pm (noon)
Dec. 28th : Closed

Monday Dec. 31st : 8am - 5:30pm (normal)
Jan. 1st (New Years Day) : Closed

We will be fully staffed and resuming normal hours on Wednesday January 2nd. Thank you for your patience during the holidays, we hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Great news! SATURDAY HOURS! Beginning this Saturday, November 3rd, Dr. Garrett Carpenter will be working Saturdays from 9am to 12pm(noon)😀 We've had many requests and understand that there are patients and family members that work in the valley or can't make it in during normal hours and he's excited to fill this need!🙏 Please help spread the word and let's keep him busy!

I would like to publicly thank many patients who came in today and donated to this noble cause, just from me mentioning this beautiful little girl and her family in their time of need! Little Claire made it through surgery today but has a long road ahead of her! This GoFundMe account is close to 2/3 of the way to their goal! These are my neighbors, some of my best friends, and my fishing buddies(including Claire😊) thank you again for helping keep her around! WE'VE MOVED!!! While our remodel has taken 3 months, and there are still finishing touches to make, we are finally seeing patients today at 758 W. 100 S. in Heber. If you didn't already know, we're next door to Dr. McNaughton in the the Spring Creek Square(in the building formerly known as Rockwater Salon, now Wasatch Chiropractic with the Stillwater Salon on the north end). We'd like to thank all those involved in this remodel and move as the list is LONG! It really took a VILLAGE and we express our deepest appreciation to all of you, as well as to those on our salon side, for your patience with our dust and mess while the work went on and on! We're so excited to share this new space with this truly incredible community!!

Thank you to Dr. Kelly and Ruth Jarvis for the last 8 plus years in our old space, which they will soon be leasing out to a new tenant. In the meantime they will still have thier Remedy Doc supplements there available for purchase.
