Wasatch Chiropractic is seeking 2 part time, friendly, organized, and proactive individuals with excellent communication skills to run our front office in a dynamic, social and fast paced environment. Excellent work ethic is a must, but coffee or bakery runs may or may not be involved, as we try to keep it fun while caring for our patients and local community in a modern office setting.
Duties include:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding company services and policies as well as accessing and relaying insurance availability.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for both doctor and massage therapists
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Experience:
- High integrity, strong character and proactive personality
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information
Starting pay:$18.00-23.00/hr DOE
