One moment it was here on my plate, the next it wasn’t 😂 hahaha this is real pregs life. Here’s the recipe for the yummy muffins I posted in my story:
G A T H E R:
3 bananas
2 eggs
1/2 c dates
2 c sprouted oats
1/4 c chocolate chips (dairy free)
1 tsp baking soda
M E T H O D:
Grease muffin tins or use parchment paper. Preheat oven to 350. Pulse oats in the blender until fine powder forms. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Spoon into muffin forms. Top with chocolate chips. Bake for 15-20 minutes until done. YUM!! So easy and quick. Store in your fridge. Then keep leftovers in the freezer for busy weeks!
