Hi! I have some excited news! The remainder of my classes at Soldier Hollow are going to be FREE!! Below are the remaining dates and times! This is at the Nordic Center. Plan for classes to be held outside, weather permitting.

I’m finally getting around to making an Instagram account since most people prefer and use this platform!

I’ll be out of town this Sunday, so class will resume Sunday, September 8th. Time and place tbd. I’m hoping for good weather through September and we can have one or two more classes outside! 🧘🏼‍♀️
