😮💨Use this breath technique- The Universal Breath
*First make a fist.
*Second, loosen your grip a bit to create a small open space.
*Third, slowly and gently, breathe in and out through the small open space.
✨Relax your shoulders, slow your breath, and listen to the air moving through your fist. Continue to breathe at a slow pace until you feel relaxed and grounded again.
