One of the questions families often ask is simple:

“What will my loved one eat while they’re in treatment?”

At Wasatch Crest, meals are prepared by our in-house chef and shared together as a community. Nutritious, comforting food helps clients restore both physical health and daily structure during recovery.

Because healing includes the everyday moments, too.

Veterans and first responders are used to carrying a lot.

Long shifts.
Critical decisions.
Experiences most people never see.

Sometimes those experiences don’t stay at work.

At Wasatch Crest, veterans engage in trauma-informed care, experiential therapy in the Wasatch Mountains, and structured programming that supports real recovery.

It’s part of what we call Treatment Elevated™.

For many people in recovery, the process can feel similar. Change doesn’t happen overnight, but with the right support and space to focus on healing, new beginnings are possible.

Our gender-specific women’s program at Wasatch Crest provides a supportive environment where women can focus on their recovery alongside peers who truly understand. Through trauma-informed therapy, experiential programming in the Wasatch Mountains, and guidance from a compassionate clinical team, women are able to rebuild confidence and rediscover their strengths.
