This is 46.
Iām here rocking my low ponytail, can lift up to 5 lbs on my right arm and still canāt put my arm overhead or place my hand on my hip⦠but Iām doing what I can and getting a little bit better each day šŖš½ Recovering from a major surgery requires a lot of mental strength & patience. I learn this everyday over & over again.
