PS- Body burn 2.0 is starting prep on June 6th. We had incredible results in May we decided to do it again cuz Maycember isn’t always the best timing for everyone.

I’m here rocking my low ponytail, can lift up to 5 lbs on my right arm and still can’t put my arm overhead or place my hand on my hip… but I’m doing what I can and getting a little bit better each day šŸ’ŖšŸ½ Recovering from a major surgery requires a lot of mental strength & patience. 5 day lean hormone reset group results.

It’s not what happens to you that matters, it’s what you do about it that does!!! I’ve been avoiding this shoulder surgery for 10 years. I even went to the shoulder dr 3 years ago, then backed out šŸ˜† Major surgery takes a toll on the body and the mind, I was happy with how hard I worked, I didn’t want to give it all up. Here I am 8 weeks post op and doing ok. I still can’t lift and my range of motion feels like crap, my shoulder aches 24/7, BUT I’m focusing on what will make me feel my best. Clean nutrition, peptides & moving my body has helped so much!!

This was 4 days for me cuz I headed out of town and wanted to use the same scale. Pretty darn happy with the outcome!! I felt so fluffy after surgery and all the meds, this is exactly what I needed to reset!

Down 4.5 inches total, 2 came off my waist šŸ‘šŸ¼ and 1 on my thigh. Scroll right to see the weight loss.
