🌊 Back to School… But First, a Trip to the Beach! 🐚
Our long-term care community took a little end-of-summer getaway without leaving home! Residents enjoyed a “day at the beach” celebration — complete with ocean music, live beach cam straight from Destin, Florida and colorful seashell painting. 🎨✨
The kids may be heading back to school, but we made sure to soak up the last bit of summer together. These seashell masterpieces will be wonderful keepsakes to remember a sunny day filled with laughter, creativity, and a splash of seaside fun! 🏖💙

🚨 Elvis has left the Building! 🚨
Elvis may have left but the good times are still rolling at Southridge! In celebration of Elvis week we had a 50’s style Sock Hop 🎶. Residents and guests joined in as the Senior Center Dancers showed off their dance moves to hits from the 50’s.

Friday, at Southridge Nursing & Rehab, we turned back the clock to those unforgettable school days of entering beauty Pageants — especially the sparkle of prom night! Our residents enjoyed a morning full of glamorous hair styling, beautiful makeup, and dressing to the nines, reliving the joy and elegance of their youth.The crown of our Beauty Queen was awarded to the radiant Norma Gayle Snyder, whose smile lit up the entire room. 👑 Her grace and charm reminded us all that beauty truly knows no age.Thank you to our staff and volunteers who made this day possible, and to everyone who helped create such cherished memories. 🥰
