The last few days in long-term care have been the kind that remind you why this work matters so much 🤍
We’ve soaked up some beautiful sunshine, spent time outside enjoying the fresh air, and cooled off with popsicles that brought out smiles in the simplest ways. There’s something special about those little moments—laughter, stories shared, and just being present together.
We even had a little fun shooting off rockets 🚀 (safely, of course!) and watching the excitement light up everyone’s faces. Moments like that bring out the kid in all of us.
But more than anything, it’s been about connection—socializing, building relationships, and creating joy in the everyday. These are the days that fill hearts, not just schedules.
Grateful for the residents, the smiles, and the memories we’re making together.

As the season shifts, residents here enjoy time outdoors surrounded by fresh air and sunshine. These simple moments offer renewal, relaxation, and a welcome change of pace within the community.

The Easter Bunny made an appearance and our residents loved it! Social events and parties provide an opportunity for our residents to enjoy good food, good company, and to create a community within our home. Happy Easter from our residents!

Easter isn’t just a holiday… it’s a feeling deep in your heart. ✝️
It’s the reminder that no matter how heavy life gets, no matter how broken things may feel, there is still hope. Through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, we were given the greatest kind of love — the kind that never gives up, never turns away, and never leaves us behind.
He carried the pain, the weight, and the cross… for us. And in His resurrection, He gave us a promise — that even after the darkest days, there is still light, still healing, still new beginnings.
Easter is love.
Easter is grace.
Easter is hope.
He is risen… and because of Him, we are never alone. 💛

Due to the weather, we unfortunately have to cancel our Easter egg hunt. We were really looking forward to celebrating with everyone, but safety comes first.
