Alright y'all,
It's about time for bugs (viruses) to start hitting households.

I'm gonna explain how to prepare your Oil of Oregano
(microbial killer). This infused oil will attack what's attacking you, inside your body).

What you need:
- Mason jar (preferably an Amber color but not necessary).
- Dried GREEK Oregano
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-A sticker you can write on or some tape and paper (for labeling and dating).
Super easy instructions.
I use Folk method for this:
-First clean and completely dry your mason jar.
-Add dried Greek Oregano to your jar.
-Pour Olive oil to cover, plus 1-2 inches above. You may need to hold your finger against the jar so you don't lose place of where the dried herb is.
- Put the lid on it and date and label it right away.
- Must be stored away from light and heat. I use my kitchen cabinets (cool dark space).
- Try and remember to shake it daily.
-I infuse mine for 6/8 weeks.

That's it! Super easy.

This needs to be in everyone's medicine cabinet.

Legally, I can't dose but I can suggest and educate.
I suggest ALWAYS starting off small to see how your body responds.
A few drops in some pineapple juice. I do it a couple times a day.
You can gradually increase but take this one easy. It's powerful. A little goes a long way.

As soon as you start feeling something coming on, take it.
This should not be taken on a daily basis for too long.
As needed (I do it 3-4 days).
*Note*
Do not mix with pharmaceuticals

I take Cayenne Pepper every single day. In capsule form and in tincture form.
It can be used internally and externally.
