It starts small.
Something irritating.
Something that doesn’t quite feel right.
Something you notice, then choose to ignore.
And then it stays.
Becoming part of the background.
Tolerating things that don’t feel good.
Holding onto patterns that don’t serve them.
Ignoring what their body is telling them.
Not because they don’t know but because they’ve gotten used to it.
But just because something has been there for a while
doesn’t mean it belongs.
I know because this was exactly what I used to do. Ignore and pretend that the “thing” wasn’t there. That it would “go away” if I just ignored it long enough.
Then I would get migraines, and I wouldn’t eat because I wasn’t hungry. I would “try” to sleep but my brain wouldn’t shut up. And then the morning would come and I would start the whole process over.
Until I became exhausted. Until I could barely function. Until my health began to fail. Until I spent over $10,000 in one year to find out “what was wrong with me,” only to be told, “there is nothing wrong with you.” What??
I get it. I understand because I have lived it. And this pattern nearly killed me, literally.
In the equine-assisted online program, Confidence through Connection, I teach from lived experience. Not from a book. Not from a theory. But lived experience. That makes all the difference because you don’t need to “tell your story” to me for me to understand and help you. You just need to show up for the program and learn to reconnect with yourself and heal the wounds you have been ignoring.
These are a few of the things the women I am working with are telling me after going through Confidence through Connection:
“I didn’t even realize how much I was carrying until I let it go.”
“I feel lighter… like I can finally breathe again.”
“I’m starting to trust myself in a way I haven’t before.”
The next group is starting soon.
If you’re ready to stop tolerating what doesn’t feel right…
