In our cozy corner of Hebron, Nebraska, something truly magical happens every single day. It's not just about playtime and learning ABCs; it's about tiny hands making big discoveries, wobbly steps turning into confident strides, and quiet murmurs blossoming into joyful giggles.

And at the heart of all this wonder are our incredible childcare teachers. 🍎✏️ They're like the patient gardeners tending to the most precious blooms, watering them with kindness, pruning with gentle guidance, and celebrating every new leaf that unfurls.

We often say to parents, "You bring us your children, and we get to witness their world unfolding." But it's our amazing teachers who are truly there for so many of those breathtaking "firsts." The first time a child claps for themselves after building a tower, the first shared laugh with a new friend, the first triumphant "I did it!" after mastering a tricky puzzle. 🤩

Reaching Step 2 means our team has completed significant professional training and is committed to continuous improvement. We are so proud of this achievement, which helps us provide the best possible care for Hebron's kids.

🐄 Moooooove over, boredom! 🐄

This week, TKA is transforming into a bustling farm! 🌾🚜 Our little farmers will be busy playing with tractors, getting messy (in the best way!) with fake dirt, and painting with all sorts of farm vehicles. We've got exciting sensory experiences planned with finger painting and fun farm animal sensory bags. Plus, we'll be learning all about our animal friends – what sounds they make, and even practicing our best animal walks to build up our vocabulary!

It's going to be an a-moo-sing week! 🐑🐥

Hey Hebron community! 🎉 We're exploring a super fun idea and we want your input! 🤔 We're thinking about possibly opening up our awesome fun space and kitchen for rentals during our non-operating hours! 🥳🎈

We're also looking for ways to bring in some extra income, so this seemed like a perfect opportunity to share our space with you all while also helping us out.

What makes us different? We have both an indoor and outdoor playground readily available for all the little ones to enjoy, so they can play rain or shine! Our staff members have even hosted their kids' birthday parties here, and we're fully equipped for you to just open the doors and let the children explore and have a blast. Attached are some photos from recent parties to give you an idea of the space!

After-School Classroom Aids! 🎒✨

Are you a high school student who isn't involved in after-school sports but is looking for a fun and meaningful part-time job? Do you love being around kids and want to be part of a great team? We're looking for a few awesome students to help us with our daily after-school operations!

What you'll do:
* Help us close down classrooms at the end of the day by completing the classroom cleaning checklist! 🧹
* Hang out with students and supervise them until they get picked up, including assisting with bathroom breaks and diapering needs. 🤩
* Clean and disinfect rooms to keep our space sparkly and safe. ✨
* Assist with afternoon dishes and take out trash as needed. 🍽️
* Make sure our facility is all set and ready to go for the next day!

You must love kids and be ready for a fun environment! We're also looking for people who aren't afraid of hard work and can handle stressful situations with a positive attitude.

Important details:
* Preferably be a non-sports playing high schooler.
* You must be able to pass a criminal history check.
* If you are 18 or older, you must also pass a fingerprint check with the Nebraska State Patrol.
