Yesterday's retreat was an unparalleled success, thanks to the dynamic group of women who joined us from various professional and personal backgrounds. The gathering of like-minded individuals in our sanctuary created an environment that was nothing short of magical. We extend our sincerest appreciation to each attendee for their presence, which made this event truly special.

Good morning yogi’s,
Our return to retreats is just two days away! The weather looks gorgeous and we are so excited.

Please remember to bring your yoga mat, a water bottle, sunscreen, bug spray (altho we have not experienced an issue)a blanket or layer your clothing, perhaps a change of clothes, a bathing suit if you desire a post retreat dip and any libations if you would like to enjoy a post retreat refreshment.

We will assist in parking when you arrive. Please plug in the retreat address into a travel app such as Waze. There is road construction in our area and it does a great job routing you accordingly.

Please try to leave your phone in your car or silence it as this is truly a day for you to unplug.

Lastly, please check judgement and ego at the road, you are perfect exactly the way you are.
