Families of our residents are invited to join us for the Virtual Dementia Tour — an interactive experience that will help you better understand what your loved ones may be going through.

This powerful tour simulates what it’s like to live with dementia, allowing you to see the world through their eyes — increasing empathy, understanding, and connection.

She is highly respected by her peers for her leadership, compassion, and unwavering commitment to quality care. We would like to celebrate Alicia Maddox for 4 years of dedicated service at Cleburne County Nursing Home! Alicia started her career at CCNH as a PRN Registered Nurse. She is now our full-time MDS Nurse and we are so thankful to have her! She is dedicated to making sure each residents plan of care is personalized and tailored to meet their specific needs.
