Is it just us, or did the "New Year, New Me" energy get very loud, very fast?

👨‍💼You don’t have to reinvent your entire life in seven days. Consistency beats intensity. Doing one small thing daily is better than doing ten big things for a week and burning out.

🛌Rest is not a failure. Taking a day off from your "new routine" doesn't mean the year is ruined.
