Tips for summertime with kids:
🕶️ Wear sunglasses
☂️ Seek shade when possible
🧴Apply SPF 30 or higher every 2 hours
👒 Wear hats
👕 Wear UPF clothing
☀️If possible, limit outdoor activity during peak hours of the day (10am-4pm)

Try your best to protect them from sunburns. Your kids will thank you when they’re older 😊
