Pain is part of being human, but it doesn’t mean your body is broken or working against you. When something hurts, your body is asking for care, not criticism.
There are no “bad joints.” They can ache, feel stiff, or even stop you in your tracks sometimes- but that’s not weakness. It’s a signal.
When we listen and respond with movement, treatment, or rest, we remind ourselves that caring for our body is an act of self-love. Pain might still come and go (that’s real life), but how we meet it makes the difference.
