I am feeling impassioned right now about purpose!

Your purpose is not separate from the life you are living, right now.

Live and create in all its forms, and when your true heart (not governed by unhealthy fear or limitation) says write, create, learn, travel, explore, connect, rest… do it. Step in and enjoy every moment. Do it for the joy of it. Live in the virtue of it. Wonder at the possibility and be curious about the how. Do it all in virtue. And enjoy the quiet moments too, the loving moments, the peaceful moments. Those are your purpose.

Have fun. Feel. Move through the moments in life that transform you. Learn from them. Learn the lessons of worthiness, success, empowerment, message, visibility, and the embodiment of wisdom. Engage in true loving relationships with yourself and with others. Return to peace in the body. Offer true loving service — not from obligation or self-sacrifice, but from wholeness and love.

These are all soul lessons written into your fingerprints as an expression from Soul. All of these hold the possibility of your purpose, based on your fingerprints in their own harmonic equation, all expressed in the life you are living now.

I spent yesterday creating memories. Joyfully cooking with my daughter and mother…and joyfully eating. Nurturing my husband and kids with the laughter, connection and just plane fun not to mention yummy cookies.

And I feel so grateful. My good memories as a child are built on this. Family connection and joy. These are the moments I want more of a foundation of.

What is the purpose of all the healing work, the learning, the expansion if we don’t collapse into true moments and live? This is a reminder to me that THIS is what it means to be embodied. This is what its about.

As I navigated a deeply buried belief system this long weekend—one woven through genetics, trauma, memory, and time—I was reminded of something I know in my bones: we can and do heal. I navigated, cleared, changed, healed the trauma, brought back soul fragments, and taught my cells to respond differently through their receptors. I remembered again that even soul-level and epigenetic trauma can shift. Healing does not change that it happened, but it does mean we no longer need to be triggered by it. We can remember our innate power, we can rise up in truth, and we can know our whole essence.

This is why I teach the modalities I teach—because I believe in this work, not because it sounds hopeful or aspirational, but because I have lived it. I have cleared so many beliefs and taken over 33 ThetaHealing® certification seminars to do so. From relationship wounds to money blocks, from abuse to disempowerment, from religious programming to epigenetic beliefs stored in my family line. I have worked through physical symptoms, aches, patterns, and the traumas held beneath them because every pain has a root belief. Those beliefs attract experiences like a magnet until we choose differently.

It didn’t happen instantly, but it happened through daily choosing, presence, belief work, energy healing, and prioritizing my wellbeing and my children’s wellbeing as sacred. This is why I’m passionate about sharing. This is why I teach. So others can be empowered to rewrite their story, remember their truth, and experience wholeness—not just in big spiritual moments, but in the ordinary moments that make up a life.

Hello Friends, Happy Thanksgiving.

I know this week can be both a beautiful time and a difficult one.If we’re alone, we may be carrying the emotional weight of loneliness or experiencing peace depending on our outlook. If we’re with family, we may feel joy and connection, or we may find old wounds rising to the surface for us to see.

During the holidays, many of us step back into emotionally charged environments… old roles, generational patterns, unspoken expectations, and family systems of belief that were built long before we knew who we truly were. Often, we step into these roles because we once learned that this is how we received love… or how we kept others happy… or how we stayed safe. We took on identities that may or may not have been asked of us and wore them like a garment. Sometimes they were a cloak of invisibility, and sometimes armor used to brace ourselves against impact.

One of the reasons individuals come to me for Sacred Journey energy sessions is a deep desire to heal their trauma and shift their genetic programming so they don’t pass it on.

The truth is: this is possible.

We can change belief systems instantly, not just individual beliefs, through energy healing that connects to and through the energy of Creation, God, Source, Unconditional Divine Love, without distortion or limitations.

It begins with discovering the programming and becoming conscious of it so we can make choices aligned with free will. From there, we can clear the attaching programs that make it difficult to shift beliefs in other ways.

When we do this, we clear on multiple levels:• epigenetic• collective consciousness• soul• and this core-life experience

We can clear oaths and vows, ancestral curses and blessings, shadow programming, and the places where emotions are locked in the body and the field.

It’s profound. And it’s possible.
