This morning, I began my birthday—as I do many days—by walking through the garden and being with the plants. Today, the nasturtiums called to me, their red, orange, and yellow blooms shining brightly. I felt drawn to sit in meditation in my hot tub, with them beside me, my 528 Hz crystal bowl, and the gentle vibration of rose.

As the tones and colors spiraled through my body, they carried a message and a download for all parts of our being. I want to share it with you today:

“I am worthy to ground in love, flow in joy, and let my heart be guided by the Divine. I know how to, I know when to, and I do. All through Creators definition and perception..” 🌹💛

I’m holding this vibration for myself and witnessing it flow to anyone who feels called to receive it. Take a moment now, close your eyes, breathe, and let the energy meet you where you are.

I am so deeply passionate about helping others feel empowered on their journey—living fully, manifesting what they truly desire, and connecting with others in ways that feel authentic and true. This life is meant to be lived with purpose, passion, and peace, and I want you to know that it is possible.

Last week, I was reminded of how powerful this work really is.

Out of nowhere, a ball was thrown from left field, and fear hit me hard. I felt it in my solar plexus—my whole system went into fight-or-flight. Deep down, I was scared. My anxiety spiked. I wanted to cry. Maybe you know what that feels like.

My thoughts were spinning. That inner voice—the one that comes from a wounded place—started saying things that were harsh and untrue. But I witnessed it. I knew I didn’t need to stay there. I knew this reaction was coming from a hurt part of me that needed love, not suppression.

And I also knew this:

The way through wasn’t to bypass or “jump vibrations” as quickly as possible.

It wasn’t to deny what I felt or bury it under endless affirmations.

But it also wasn’t to stay trapped in it for years—I’ve had too much trauma to choose that.

The way through was to acknowledge it. To feel it. To know I was safe. To give it space.

So What Did I Do?
I didn’t stay stuck. I went inward. I asked:

“What is the highest truth of what’s happening?”

Not the chaotic, fear-driven story. Not the illusion. But the truth that serves healing and love.

And in that moment, I was guided—quickly—into a process of clearing and realignment:

✅ Forgiveness work
✅ Healing for the child within (even the child in the womb) and a witness of rebirthing that was beautiful
✅ Shifting a core belief
✅ Releasing stuck emotions from an earlier time in my life—ones that had never been fully given space to process
✅ Downloading new feelings to create new receptors and anchors in my nervous system

And then, a paradigm shift—one of those moments where everything changes. And I mean everything.

At another time, I might have been guided differently. I work intuitively, allowing all the modalities I carry to flow as guided by that infinite source of creation—both within me and beyond me. The work always meets us exactly where we are.

Why This Matters
I’ve lived through a lot—an NDE as a child, sexual abuse, addiction in the family, financial struggle, loss, su***de, recovery from lupus, divorce, and moments where I felt powerless as a mother. I’ve walked through unworthiness, unlovability, and, from an ancestral perspective, religious, financial and cultural trauma.

But these are no longer my story. They’re simply part of the tapestry that brought me here—into a place of peace, love, and the ability to hold space for others, no matter their background or beliefs.

The truth is, we don’t have to learn only through hardship. We can learn:
✨ Joy through experiencing joy
✨ Gratitude through abundance
✨ Love through connection

Most days now, I live in that peace. I create, expand, and experience life from that place. And I want that for you, too.

The power isn’t about never being triggered or never feeling fear—it’s in your ability to navigate the journey. The power comes from knowing you are connected, deeply loved, and never alone. It comes from remembering that you are part of a greater community of souls walking this path together.

The power has always been within you.

✨ Grounded Manifestation ✨

Did you know many manifestations feel “stuck” or caught in an oscillating pattern simply because they aren’t fully grounded into the body and Earth energy? This often happens because of unprocessed emotions, ancestral experiences, old belief patterns (on all four levels), and the energetic “receptors” that keep calling in familiar experiences.

I’ve been working with a beautiful grounding practice that helps intentions move from wishful thinking into magnetized creation. It’s about anchoring your dreams into the part of your energy field that connects directly with the soul of the Earth—allowing them to grow, flourish, and call themselves into being. This happens not through bypassing, but through loving presence, which gently clears the density in your mind, emotions, and body that has been shaping those old patterns.

⭐️ Have a safe and beautiful Fourth of July — let freedom ring in your body, your life, and your spirit. ⭐️

As I sat with this today, I felt how true freedom begins inside.

It’s the freedom to stop fighting our bodies.
The freedom to release the struggle and simply be at peace.
The freedom to love ourselves exactly as we are, even as we continue healing and growing.

Last week, I found and cleared an old belief I didn’t realize was still running in the background of my life:✨ “I have to fight in THE battle.”

This belief wasn’t just from this lifetime—it was ancient. A soul-level pattern of trying to bring love where there was conflict… but somewhere along the way, I confused love with struggle.
When I finally released it, my body softened. My pancreas shifted. My heart found peace.

Relationship Healing – A Soft Unraveling

Lately, I’ve been moving through deep layers—clearing old relationship patterns within myself,
and holding space for so many clients experiencing the same.
It’s tender, raw at times… but also profoundly opening.

This symbol came through as a response to that collective clearing.
It carries the frequency of Purity, one of the sacred symbols in Intuitive Reiki, interwoven with light language.
A vibrational transmission to dissolve what you’re truly ready to release—across timelines, lifetimes, and soul memory.
