I’m feeling so reflective right now.

Yesterday’s events shook the beliefs of so many of my clients—for a variety of reasons—and my own heart feels wide open… soft, tender, and deeply reflective of my own journey—the beliefs I have navigated and the healing I have walked through.
My thoughts have wandered back to my time in Bigfork, MT, where my journey as a teacher first began.

Tomorrow, I get to teach Basic DNA—the very first class I ever became certified to teach as an energy healer. ✨

Many more certifications and classes have followed over the years… but this one will always hold a special place in my heart.
I’ve taught this class more than any other—at least 25 times (probably more!)—and each time it brings me right back to that original spark… that sacred moment when everything began to shift for me.

I’m not exaggerating when I say this teacher training changed everything. It was two months of diving headfirst into clearing my beliefs—peeling back the layers—and realizing that in Creator / God / Source, all things are possible… and that I am deeply loved, and made of that love. 💖 Until those moments, I'm not sure I truly believed it.

It was a paradigm shift—times ten—and I’ve carried it with me every single day since. Thank you to all my students, clients, and friends who have trusted me to walk this path with you… to learn, grow, and embrace this beautiful journey together.

And to the student enrolled tomorrow—we are going to have so much fun! 🤩

Reminder, we're not just spiritual, connected, plugged in when we are practicing reiki, in meditation or having our own session. Divine speaks to us in every moment. In the quiet whispers, in the moments of connection. In the experience of connecting with our creativity, whether that be painting,, quilting or cooking. It's present in the moments of playing ball and when we sink into a peaceful moment watching the sun set. Ts there when we organize our room and practice the virtues of cleanliness, order and beauty and when we grieve and feel the love so acutely. It's here, because we are here. We are Divine spiritual beings having this spiritual physical experience.

Blessings and love my friends. I connected to the truth of me this weekend via quilting, organizing my sewing space, in connection to family, and in self reflection. How about you?

This morning I had the most beautiful realization during my time with Creator. The Reiki Healing Ball—a sacred tool I’ve been guided to share—carries a gift that goes even deeper than I first understood. 💎

I’ve always taught that it connects us to Source and holds the vibration of wholeness. But what came through today is that the Reiki Healing Ball also anchors into the healed aspect of your Soul itself. From that eternal center, it radiates outward, reminding every part of you—mind, body, spirit—of its original wholeness. (Yes, you hold that within you. )

This means the Healing Ball doesn’t just “bring something in” from outside—it awakens what has always been within you. It infuses every layer of your being with unconditional love, peace, and remembrance.

Every time I witness it in session, I am in awe. My crown is still buzzing with this expanded understanding, and I’m so grateful to be able to share it with you. 💜

This morning, I began my birthday—as I do many days—by walking through the garden and being with the plants. Today, the nasturtiums called to me, their red, orange, and yellow blooms shining brightly. I felt drawn to sit in meditation in my hot tub, with them beside me, my 528 Hz crystal bowl, and the gentle vibration of rose.

As the tones and colors spiraled through my body, they carried a message and a download for all parts of our being. I want to share it with you today:

“I am worthy to ground in love, flow in joy, and let my heart be guided by the Divine. I know how to, I know when to, and I do. All through Creators definition and perception..” 🌹💛

I’m holding this vibration for myself and witnessing it flow to anyone who feels called to receive it. Take a moment now, close your eyes, breathe, and let the energy meet you where you are.
