Designed for cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers, these sessions offer gentle, restorative movement paired with education to support strength, mobility, and overall well‑being.

Classes are led by health coach and cancer survivor Elaina Brassanini-Summers and are designed to empower participants through every stage!
