We’re honored to announce that Stephanie Morton, Executive Director of Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies – The Montana Coalition, is the 2025 Mignon Waterman Award recipient.

Stephanie’s leadership and dedication to collaboration, advocacy, and innovation have expanded behavioral health services for pregnant and postpartum women across Montana.

We are grateful to the Montana Healthcare Foundation for all the strategic investments they make to improve health in Montana and for recognizing Stephanie’s work and supporting perinatal mental health across the state.

Call for Proposals: 9th Annual Perinatal Mental Health Conference

HMHB is excited to welcome presentation proposals for the 9th Annual Perinatal Mental Health Conference, taking place June 23–24, 2026, in Billings, Montana at the DoubleTree Hotel.

We are seeking engaging, evidence-based, and lived-experience-centered presentations that support professionals and advocates working in perinatal care, including clinicians, medical providers, peer supporters, doulas, policymakers, and more.

Proposal Deadline: January 15, 2026
Notification of Acceptance: February 1, 2026
Session Lengths: Breakout sessions 1 hour, main stage sessions 1–2 hours

All presentations must relate to perinatal mental health. Submissions are welcomed and appreciated, but submitting a proposal does not guarantee acceptance.
