Helena OB/GYN is looking to hire a professional receptionist. As the first person our patients encounter, you will set the tone for our office. Therefore, we are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a warm demeanor. Along with making our patients feel welcome, you will also be responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and performing other administrative tasks.

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, and the ideal candidate will be available a majority of the time, although we can be flexible with hours depending on the candidate and circumstance. Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements and Responsibilities:
• Triage patient phone calls per clinic protocol and document in EMR software
• Schedule gynecological procedures and surgeries, and OB inductions and c-sections
• Communicate with providers through approved methods
• Prioritize internal and portal messages and respond within a timely manner
• Effective communication skills
• Critical / anticipatory thinking skills as well as floating out to the floor to assist team members with patient care (blood draws, sterile in-office procedures, and injections)
