Hi friends, it’s Lucy 🪿 — your neighborhood pharmacy goose. Now, I may have picked up a few questionable habits over the years (don’t ask 😅), but I’m here today to tell you one very important thing:
Don’t follow my bad habits… and PLEASE stop smoking.

• Weakens your immune system, making it harder to fight off illness
• Affects your skin, teeth, and overall energy levels (yes, it shows!)
👨👩👧👦 And it’s not just about you—secondhand smoke impacts the people (and animals 🪿) around you too.
💪 The good news? It’s never too late to quit.
• Within 20 minutes, your heart rate starts to drop
• Within weeks, your lung function improves
• Over time, your risk of serious disease drops significantly
You don’t have to do it alone. There are resources, support systems, and even medications that can help you take that first step.
