April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month 💙

Sexual assault is never your fault. No matter the circumstances, where you were, or who you were with—you are not to blame.

If you or someone you know has experienced an assault, you deserve care, support, and options. Seeking a forensic exam (often called a SANE exam) as soon as possible can help preserve evidence and support your choices moving forward. You can have an exam even if you’re unsure about reporting the incident to law enforcement—your autonomy matters every step of the way.

You are not alone. Healing is possible, and support is available.
