Gold Leaf Physical Therapy is family-owned and operated right here in Helena, Montana. Our Physical Therapy practice treats each patient as an individual with specific and different needs. GLPT is the alternative to the large corporate physical therapy providers that often treat their clients like numbers, rather than people.
All of our Doctors of Physical Therapy are trained and certified in Manual Therapy and experts in pain management. We perform spinal and joint manipulations, joint mobilizations, soft tissue mobilization, neuromuscular rehabilitation, muscle energy therapy, Intramuscular Stimulation (dry Needling), Postural Restoration, McKenzie Institute Mechanical Diagnosis and neurodynamic mobilization. The practitioners at Gold Leaf Physical Therapy are the leading group performing these treatments in one location. Additionally, Gold Leaf Physical Therapy has a full-time Massage Therapist assisting with soft tissue treatments.
