When life feels overwhelming, exhausting and over stimulating,it's a sign to change behaviors and habits.
The phone is one that I definitely experience can make all the difference in a lot of those feelings. It's something that takes away from our being present and exudes problems of its own that don't need to be a part of our reality. It's also a sneaky culprit because it's a lot of people's dopamine fix.
A healthy habit both for physical and mental health is to take time away from that smart device..including smart watches and other similar tech that have us living in a fake world not truly feeling present.

April is booked and no new appointments will be added to my calendar even if there are cancellations. Next available appointments start on May 12th.

Feel free to reach out by Text to book ahead from now til April 30th as that will ensure a spot for yourself. Messages will be returned as promptly as I can during this last part of April but not during my upcoming Closure.

Due to a death in my family, messages WILL NOT be returned during my upcoming closure May 2-11th.
