I learned a phrase to replace the words "I will try" or "I should" or "I need to...". Here it is: "I'll feel better if I...". I am focusing on changing some of my habits. Instead of watching a YouTube video I plan to tell myself, "I'll feel better if I call a friend" and then I will make that call.
