Did you know November 1st is all about celebrating healthy smiles? After all that Halloween candy, it’s the perfect reminder to brush your teeth for two minutes, twice a day! 🕑😁

Here are a few quick brushing tips:
✅ Use fluoride toothpaste.
✅ Replace your toothbrush every 3–4 months.
✅ Don’t forget to brush your tongue!
