Celebrating Hospital Week, we gathered in person and virtually for our quarterly town hall meeting. We had a meaningful conversation focused on priorities from patient-first care to operational excellence necessary to sustain healthcare delivery in rural and mid-sized markets. Additionally, we celebrated the awards and accomplishments of hospitals within their communities. Happy Hospital Week to all healthcare providers and those supporting our mission.

Really enjoyed our corporate get-together. We dove into high reliability training and had some real conversations about what it means to lead in healthcare. We also talked about how to hardwire best practices to be more consistent, intentional, and reliable as leaders.

Then we wrapped it up with a shrimp boil 🍤(and of course, some Waldo’s chicken)🐔 and had a chance to just connect and recharge with the team.
