Take a well-deserved break and recharge at the Dementia Caregivers Retreat hosted by the Tri-County Dementia Resource Alliance! Join us for a soothing day of self-care on November 20th from 10am-1pm at the Helena Senior Center (200 S. Cruise, Helena, MT).
Healthcare pros will be on-site with fun activities and lunch for your loved one with dementia—so you can bring them along and still unwind! Highlights include:
