Welcome to The Alabaster Jar: Therapeutic Massage & Spa! My name is Sarah Childers. I have been a licensed neuromuscular massage therapist in the Birmingham and surrounding areas since 2012. During these years, I have had the pleasure of working in amazing spas and therapeutic offices, with some of the most talented massage therapists around! Owning my own business has always been a dream and goal of mine. This is the beginning of a new chapter! I am beyond excited and I hope you will follow me on this journey!

I truly believe massage therapy - whether deep tissue, Swedish, or something in between - is a physical gift with mental and emotional benefits. Finding a space to empty out that which you've been carrying while being poured into... this is the recipe for many to be the best version of themselves.
