Felt the need to write something about Strength today 💪:

Strength is not measured by the size of your biceps or the number of ripples on your abs.

An accurate measure of Strength is the endurance and compassion of the heart and will power of the soul in the gym of life.

Strength is measured by the level of trust and blind faith in our intuition to comfortably follow our internal navigation system through the mazes and riddles of this life.

With in this conceptualization, the recognition of a weakness is a modality by which we can target potential susceptible inconsistencies in the soul path in order to rebuild and fortify!

Know that the most important aspects of ourselves and this life can not be seen, they are felt. The body serves only as a castle that guards and restrains the precious inhabitant: the soul
