New changes this week! I will be working at Glow With The Flow Skin Studio on Broad St in Bethlehem on Tuesdays and Wednesdays 9am-1pm (if all goes well, I'll be adding more). I will also be at Hand & Stone in Bethlehem (on 191) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 3pm-9pm and Fridays 9am-3pm. Booking is open for both! Keep in mind, I'm also still available for housecalls and chair events!

This is my friend's health food page. I stand by her recipes and influences bc I've known her for longer than shes been on her diet. So she's told me personally about all the amazing healing she's had over the years. It's way too hard for me to commit to 100% like her, but I'll be trying a lot of these recipes and routines just to see how my journey is, bc hers is an inspiration!!
