Who says you can't eat healthy on a crazy schedule?? Sometimes we'll work with a client who just doesn't eat during the day because he/she's "just too busy" and then wonders why it's hard to lose fat/change physique. You won't achieve your fitness goals by starving yourself (we'll go more in depth on our blog) and that old excuse of "I just don't have time" won't fly. Nowadays, everywhere you look there's an option. Example: Running late this morning, I only had time to grab some leftover chicken and blueberries for lunch. Knowing that wasn't gonna be enough, I made sure to search for substance and nutrients during my day. I grabbed a veggie/sunflower seed salad and some plain almonds and banana for a snack at Wawa (I needed gas anyway). No time to find a healthy dressing so I just ate it sans sauce. Turned out to be one of my favorite lunches to date! Knowledge is power- if you make yourself a priority you will nourish naturally. Don't give in to the many-ingredient, so-called health food, trap nor should you abstain altogether. Train your mind and body to actually work together for optimal performance. The foods the earth has provided for us do not need extras. They are delicious all by themselves 🍑🍏🍌🥒🥕 And if you just don't like them, do yourself a favor and prepare some of your favorite dishes in the right serving size ahead of time. Help yourself and eat- if you know what's good for you 🌶 😊
