You never were really a normal cat... you came every time we called from upstairs, downstairs, even outside.... you swam in the pool on your own boogie board... rode shotgun to Sturgis, Daytona, Myrtle Beach, Gettysburg, NY too many times to count, and everywhere in between.....Carried your favorite toys up to bed every night, and back down during the day... hung out in YOUR Tiki bar till we'd call you in at night.... We are stunned and saddened by your sudden passing. Now you made the longest trip all on your own. Look for Jager when you get across the 🌈 bridge, and we'll see you when we get there. Love you to heaven and back, our travelin' Thai man. The best Siamese EVER! šŸˆā€ā¬›ā¤ļø

I never thought I’d find myself writing a memorial for another one of my loves only 3 weeks after losing my Odin, but here I am.

My sweet Paulie boy. Paul is the last of my NYC death row dogs. When I first adopted him I thought he was deaf. He ignored everything I said to him for about 3 months, lol. Then one day I had to take him to the vet before work. He trembled all the way there. After work I picked him up and the second he saw me he dove into my lap. From that moment I knew I earned his trust and found out he wasn’t deaf. He was ignoring me.

To my sweet Paulie, you had the most soulful eyes that showed the pain you endured before I found you. I tried the best I could to show you that you were safe with me & Justice. I know you felt that but you still carried some leftover trauma throughout your life. I will always think about our last walk you seemed so happy. If I’d have known it was our last walk we would still be walking.

You knew you were safe with me. That’s why I hope you heard me when I whispered in your ear to be brave going ahead without me. I knew your brothers and sisters would be waiting for you.
You’re free now baby boy. No more fears, no more anxiety and no more pain. I miss you & Odin every day. The house is so empty, the mornings so quiet without you & Odin barking at me to let you out.

It’s almost unheard of for a pittie to live to be 17 but you did. I’m blessed to have spent 14 of them as your Mom. I love you pretty boy ā™„ļø

We unexpectedly had to say goodbye to our Miss Amy on Thursday, 5/1/2025. She would have celebrated her 14th birthday on 5/12/2025.

Our quirky little girl came to us just a bit over 2 years ago. A "retired" puppy mill breeder dog who spent the first 12 years of her life in a dirty barn. She was shy and scared at first, but with the help of her "brothers" (our Golden Retriever, Bailey, and our Golden Pyrenees, Brantley), she relaxed and learned how to be...a dog.

Miss Amy loved laying in the grass on sunny days or snuggled up in her bed of straw that we set up for her in the corner of the yard by the back porch. Just enjoyed watching the world and "talking' to it. She was known by the neighborhood, always made sure to go up to the fence and say hello to neighbors when they walked by. Going for car rides with her "brothers" to get "cheesy burgers" became a weekly routine.

Miss Amy adored her "brother" Brantley the most. Loved just hanging out near him or trying to keep up with him when he chased birds or bunnies in the yard. He adored her as well, always watching over her, being her protector.

Our world is a much quieter place now that she's gone.

We love you and miss you, pretty girl! Till we meet again.....

Sadie Grace ā€œPeanutā€ crossed the Rainbow Bridge Tuesday, April 29th in the arms of her mommy and daddy.
Sadie was born in Oahu, Hawaii in 2013. Sadie grew up alongside her Chihuahua sister, Ava. From a puppy, Sadie always loved being outside and finding ways to lay in the sun. She had a personality like no other. She was a Jack Russell Chihuahua mix and her Jack Russell side shined bright! When it was time for treats, she would do ā€œswimmiesā€ and jump higher than a kitchen counter. She enjoyed carrots, ham, and blueberries! Her favorite toys were her many lamb chops. Sadie’s favorite things to do were snuggle with her daddy, visit her Grandma and Pop Pop, and go for walks in her doggy stroller. Her final days were soaked up in her stroller and laying in the yard with her mom and dad.
Sadie, we love you so much and will miss you forever. Until we meet again.
Mommy and Daddy love you Peanut! šŸ’œ

My heart dog. My sweet handsome Odin left this world April 28, 2025. Originally he came from Harlem NYC but found himself on death row at only 3 years old. That’s where I found him. The confused look in his eyes in his shelter intake photo melted my heart. From the very beginning I realized there was something very special about him. Odin was such a sweet boy who just wanted to be loved and in return gave back a million times what he got. Odin showed his love by always touching me in one way or another. He didn’t care that he was 90lbs. In his mind he was a lap dog. I’ve got so many photos of him laying on me or next to me. Resting his head on my lap and always making eye contact with those beautiful soulful eyes that matched his red fur. During my battle with cancer Odin never once left my side. If I was too sick to get out of bed he stayed right next to me until I felt better. Sometimes he would communicate by grumbling at me until I replied by making the same noises right back at him, lol. He loved that! He truly was my very best friend for 13 years. Odin’s health has been declining in the last year but the thought of losing him was something I wasn’t ready to accept. I still don’t think I have. In the movie A Bronx Tale, Sonny is talking to C about a girl he likes. Sonny tells him you get 3 great ones in life. If that also pertains to dogs Odin is without a doubt one of the great ones in my life. I will miss my sweet handsome boy for the rest of my life until we meet again.

Tiny was soo much dog in such a small body. She made our family complete with her loving and dominate personality. She was with us thru our hardest and toughest times in all our lives. From her chewing wood as a young puppy to her welcoming our 2nd dog Chico with love. Too playing with babies with so much care and carefulness. Making sure we were protected at all times. By also having an unlimited barking power. We will miss her so much.
