5 reasons to step outside and exercise..
1. Improves mood
2. Improves nutrient uptake- whenever glycogen stores are depleted in the liver- it increases protein and fat digestion so we can absorb food better.
3 improves sleep- but…try not to work out less than 3 hours before bed
4. Boost Energy- (just don’t over do it). Improves mitochondria function.
5. Balances the immune system, Th1/Th2, moves oxygen throughout the body and moves waste through the lymphatic system…
