My family has decided to spend another day at the coast. So Holy Yoga and Chair Yoga are cancelled on Friday, June 16. I’m sorry for the change in schedule, but the kids are driving! See you on Monday, June 19. Peace 🧘‍♂️

Holy Yoga classes are resuming begining on Monday, May 2, 2022 at Helotes Hills United Methodist Church. Classes meet in the Fellowship Hall on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:30 am. Bring a mat, block and strap. Hope to see you! Peace and pray for our country! 🧘

Holy Yoga classes will be held Monday Wednesday and Friday mornings at 930 at Helotes Hill United Methodist Church until further notice. You may attend class through Zoom if you want to continue at-home yoga all three days. Also we are back to school and two schools are in need of support for the Bag-Pack program. The schools we’re supporting are Thornton Elementary and Wanke Elementary. Our food product will continue to be Pop Tarts. So if you’re at the store and would like to help, pick up a box and bring it to yoga! The kids will appreciate it! Peace…and pray for our country!🇺🇸

Hello, yogis! I wanted to remind you the the Zoom class today, August 13 is cancelled. Also Wednesday, August 18 has been cancelled. We will have in-person class on Monday August 16 and will have Zoom class on Friday, August 20. Thank you for understanding as I currently have a conflicts in my work schedule. Love you all.
