Every Memorial Day, gyms around the world honor Lt. Michael Murphy. Since 2005, “Murph” has been a traditional Hero workout observed by not just Crossfit gyms, but broader athlete communities.

HCF,

Very cold and frigid temperatures this entire week and into next week. We will always keep up with the weather, but as of know there is no rain until this Thursday/Friday.

We will keep doors closed and modify the run to bike/row (You crazy runners can still run if desired).

Please be careful and plan accordingly. See you all this week!

If you haven't become close friends with these little torturous implements of pain, you are missing out!!!

Purposed 20-minutes of tissue smashing today...glutes, low back, and mid back. Did wonders!!!

The #1 reason many have "problem areas" is because they don't take care of those areas. Similar to using the car each and every day for 6-months but never changing the oil, rotating the tires, or topping off the fluids.

Try daily general maintenance along with your workouts and see how your body thanks you! 💪
