Eye makeup can sometimes lead to dry eye, eye allergies or eye infections. Here are a few tips to keep your eyes healthy:
- Use glitter eye makeup sparingly
- Avoid waterproof makeup
- Wear false lashes for special occasions only
- Replace your eye makeup every three months
- Avoid applying makeup to the lash line
- Never share eye makeup
- Always remove your eye makeup before sleeping
- Replace all of your eye makeup if you develop pink eye
