Hello,
My Name is Jessica Edie, I am a certified personal trainer and American Red Cross Instructor. I started off as an American Red Cross Lifegaurd and Swim Instructor working with all types of people from different age groups and special needs. I later became certified as an American Red Cross Instructor in Lifegaurd Training, CPR/AED Training, First Aid and Water Safety Training. My goal is to help families be safer in on and around water as well as well as living a healthy happier life.
